Your company was very efficient. I paid for next day delivery and you dispatched it on time. The problem was that Parcel Force failed to deliver it successfully until 2 days after the expected date! Both Mulberry Bush and I contacted Parcel Force, but to no avail. Not only did they fail to deliver the parcel on time, they also failed to attempt to deliver it to either of my neighbours if I was not at home, as instructed.
