“The sofa came in poor quality and damaged. I asked for replace it, but they did not. Delivery was made at 22:00. So we found damages only next day when we unwrapped it”

“We were skeptical about ordering from MSofas because we had never heard from them but we are happy with our experience. We called beforehand and spoke to a few people who gave us consistent information that transpired to be the case right up until delivery. We are happy with the sofa compared to a terrible one we had from Made.com before it went bust. We deduct a star because the sofa itself (where the two parts connect) do not line up properly as one of the corners is about an inch shorter than the other one. Delivery was good, however we would have appreciated an interim email just to let us know our order wa still being processed, as it was dispatched about 4-5 weeks after we delivered it. It was made to order so we knew it would take a while, buta short email just letting us know it was still being worked on would have been nice. Overall, would recommend.”

“The sofa came within a week as it was a fast delivery sofa in stock. It was delivered by two guys who installed it very quickly and placed in the room and position as we wanted. It looks like a very good quality sofa with a bit lighter colour than the picture but it suits me. Happy with the purchase. I Would recommend this company.”

“I had very good experience from the very begging tobthe end. The delivery men were very helpful, they even disassembled the sofa to fit through the door, for which I was extremely grateful. Great company and very proffesional people. My sofa its beautiful. Thank you very much”

“Amazing company and service. Good quality of wardrobe, very spacious and plenty of storage roon. When wardrobe was delivered there was a little dent on one of the mirrors. Lovely lady from customer service arranged door replacement without any issues.”
