Worst! I bought the corner bed sofa Neptun on 7th January 2024. This has arrived on 10th February 2024. After couriers left I realised the sofa was faulty. Next day on the 11th I contacted the costumer service, providing photos of the fault and explanation of it. After three days they responded and offered to change it for a another new sofa (which was great). New sofa arrived on 21th March. This was faulty again. I saw the fault directly when couriers delivered the sofa and I told them about. They agreed that something was wrong but suggested to contact costumer service. I did so the next day on the 22th, again providing explanation and photos of the faults. They asked more details of the faults and a video, which I provided. Although, the faults were evident and were seen also by the couriers at the moment of the delivery, they said they needed to carry an inspection. After a series of emails the inspection was carried on 27th April. Again the inspector agreed on the faults and reported these (and costumer service confirmed that they received it). After chasing them up again and another series of emails, on 17th of May, they offered 5% discounts (only). The faults of this soga consist of having a part of the front side of the fabric stitched with big metal staples instead of being properly seamed and having a lateral side horizontal cut of the sofa structure tilted and not straight (1 inch and half tilted). 5% discount doesn’t sound acceptable to me considering these faults. I was willing to accept 50% discount or just having the sofa changed for a good one. After chasing them up again …a series of emails…and not having a response for a month, on 8th of July they offered 10% discount as solution, which as I already told them I wouldn’t and I didn’t accept as it wasn’t a fair offer. Kindly I’ve told them again that I was gonna be happy if they would just change it if they weren’t able to offer 50%. After few days on 12th they said they would let me know within 5 days “at latest”. I still haven’t heard anything. At the end, I by now paid half of the cost of sofa already (I done the finance), I am continuing to pay and I’m left with a faulty sofa and carelessly without being offered a fair solution. After all of this I contacted the finance company and ask help to them. So far I’m just (still) waiting for them too to let me know (again). I wonder whether Msofas is just holding up on time, so that more instalments are gonna be paid and they eventually will still get the money they want (for a sofa that surely is not worth this money) and get out of it like this. By the way, this was the second time I bought a sofa from MSofa.
