“The company is refusing to let me send my sofa back and get a refund and are stalling all they can and not answering my questions. They are also trying to go against their own T&Cs and trying to get more money from me when they are not allowed to. Be extremely carefull ordering from this company!! This company is a SCAM!!!”

“AMIGO I CORNER SOFA BED. Colour: GRACELANDS TEAL We are very happy with our purchase of the Amigo sofa bed which we ordered at the beginning of September 2024! However the delivery guys had to make some adjustments to get it through the front door due to the height of one section (which we incurred a £40 payment)! We have the sofa bed out pretty permanently to stretch out on & it's so comfortable! Overall we love this sofa & highly recommend M Sofas!”

“I’m not very happy so far with my order, I ordered several weeks ago and still not any update I called up and they told me it might arrive late feb however it says 4-6 weeks which is why I ordered as I needed it within that time however it looks as if it’s going to be taking much longer”

“I was very pleased when my Corner sofa has arrived. It was my first time when purchasing a sofa without seeing it before. But like I have mentioned i was really pleased as the colour was exactly as on the photos. It is really sturdy and so comfy to sit and relax. I can really recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a sofa. The delivery was great too. I cannot complain. Thank you Msofas again for my beautiful sofa. :-)”

“Whilst I am very happy with the sofa. There were items that I paid for but never received. I called MSofas asking for a refund which was agreed. I have never received this. Rang back after couple of weeks and apparently it was processed late. 3 weeks on and I still not received my refund. I am fed up chasing this and very UNIMPRESSED!”

“I didn't like how the product was delivered in the slot from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. They delivered it to me after 11:00 PM and they entered the house with shoes on without asking if it was allowed. The sofa itself is beautiful and comfortable. I like it.”
