Whilst I am very happy with the sofa.
There were items that I paid for but never received.
I called MSofas asking for a refund which was agreed. I have never received this. Rang back after couple of weeks and apparently it was processed late. 3 weeks on and I still not received my refund.
I am fed up chasing this and very UNIMPRESSED!
