“Wouldn’t recommend. I purchased hair extensions from Milk & Blush in January and the quality has been so disappointing. After just two washes, and despite following all the recommended care tips and using their suggested leave-in silicone spray, the hair started matting and shedding excessively. Within a month, it had shedded to nearly half its original length. I’ve worn extensions for years and have never experienced such poor quality hair - I do not believe I was sent 100% Remy human hair. While the customer service team was initially responsive, they have since stopped responding to my complaint. It has been over a month with no resolution, despite multiple emails. Given the price and expectations, I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend these extensions.”

“Order the one piece hair extension - it arrived and didn’t come with a sample like the larger packs so had no choice but to open and check the colour match ( the window isn’t very clear) and to check the quality of hair. Quality of the hair wasn’t the best, I think it could be a mix of synthetic and human hair. I returned it as it’s too light, however because I opened the pack they’re policy states it’s non refundable. On top of that I have to now pay for return postage. Do not buy!!”

“DO NOT BOTHER! These extensions are definitely not worth your money! 100% a combination of synthetic hair mixed in there. The quality is so poor. You have to brush them constantly to get them to stay looking decent which is uncommon for remy hair extensions. I would usually brush my hair once an hour with other brands I’ve tried but these have to be brushed every 5 minutes or they matte together. Ive had extensions from Amazon for cheaper and that are much better quality and that I’ve gotten a good years use out of. I have worn these twice and they ruin your night out every time constantly faffing with them! I did reach out to the company, they sent a copy and pasted paragraph from their website telling me I’m wrong and that they’re 100% remy, and asked for picture proof that the extensions are faulty? which is impossible to do because it’s how they feel and matte through the evening that is the issue, and I’m sure if I sent them a picture of tangled extensions they’d just tell me to brush them :/ Company has 700 good reviews but 150 awful ones… which means more than 1 in 5 people think these are shocking quality. Do not let the overall rating of 4 starts fool you. these are really poor odds…think it’s about time they sorted it out Invest your money elsewhere girlies!”

“I had placed my order with Milk and Blush on 02-02-25 after a week I received an email that the Item was being sent back by customs (I live in the netherlands) I immediately took contact with Milk and Blush on the 10th of February. I got a nice response on the next day. However after that I heard nothing back and I have paid for the extensions. I have sent an email twice and on the track & trace it shows that the delivery got deliverd back on the 17th of February already. I have orderd from previous websites abroad regularly and I have never experienced something like this. I am not someone who immediately writes a bad review but now a month had passed and I just want my money back!”

“Absolutely appauling experiance. Ordered 2 packets of nano rings yet only received 1 pack. Contacted them and was getting a reply but now they are not replying to any of my emails. Worst company do not buy from them.”

“Found this site accidently. I was excited to see that they had "fill in" pieces. I read the reviews and all seemed worth it for $45 for 2 pieces to try. I will add that the $15 shipping was WAY to much but thought if the hair is as good as people say then in the end it would be worth it. Honestly when I received the hair it looked THIN and just like the air I have bought off of eBay. In comparison in my attached photo (A eBay B Milk & Blush). The eBay hair looks thicker ! Ugh. Wasted money.”

We do mention this in the product description, but we completely understand how expectations can vary. If you’re looking for a weft with more thickness, we would suggest opting for a standard individual weft or even the Quad Weft, which offers much more volume in a single piece. “Disappointing Quality - Not Worth the Money Anymore - DO NOY BUY! I’ve been using Milk and Blush extensions for years, and for the most part, I was really happy with them. However, the last two sets I purchased have been absolutely terrible! The quality has significantly declined. I take really good care of my extensions—I limit washing and follow all the recommended maintenance tips—but despite this, they’ve become extremely dry, prone to matting, and the breakage is unbearable. It’s frustrating because I’ve used these extensions for so long and never had issues like this before. I know how to properly care for them, so it’s clear that the product quality has just gone downhill. I feel like they changed their provider and raised their prices. If you see positive reviews, check the date because they aren’t the same as they used to be. Honestly, don’t waste your money—there are better alternatives out there. These are TERRIBLE!!”

“Horrible!!! I normally order Bellami but decided to give a different company a try. I never received my extensions. I provided confirmation to Milk & Blush from UPS that the package was never delivered and that their company did not insure the package. I have yet to receive a refund and nothing was done to accommodate my situation.”

“Worst extensions… not even close to what you see on the website. I ordered the micro fill ins in bleached blonde. They’re plastic and very sparse and not what you see in the photos. They don’t fill in anything. You’re better off buying a full set from another company. Very disappointing I can’t even return them because they’re open”

“First time using m+b clip in extensions. Started off well but with more wear and after washing and using heat once / twice a month they have now become unmanageable. I have used m+b shampoo & conditioner and extension specific heat protector. The hair feels soft after being washed but after being dried it bunches up and becomes tangled continuously not to mention the ridiculous amount of shedding whilst trying to untangle every 5 minutes. So disappointed as this hair wasn’t cheap but I should have known when they arrived with long black synthetic feeling strands running through. I did email about this but was assured the hair was 100% human, however, after wearing human extensions for 14 years, I’m not convinced. Won’t be purchasing from m+b again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.”

“Milk + Blush Hair Extensions Review I cannot express enough how disappointing my experience was with Milk + Blush hair extensions. The air quality of the product (if you can even call it that) was absolutely terrible—it feels like it’s full of whimsy and thinness, making the hair practically useless. The extensions are so light and flimsy that they barely hold up to styling or everyday wear. Even at first touch, you can tell the quality just isn’t there. It’s not even close to what you’d expect, even at this price point. Do yourself a favor and skip Milk + Blush entirely. If you’re looking for good extensions, either head to a more reliable brand like Sway or just spend the extra money on premium-quality hair. This hair is utter garbage and an utter waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Milk + Blush might seem tempting, but you’ll regret it!”

“I ordered Tape hair extensions from this website 10 hair extensions cost me £90 and £5 for the delivery and i received 5 hair extensions i emailed them a lot but they didn’t refund my money back Milk Blush is faulty and yes I send them back the 5 hair extensions so disappointed if you can’t refund my money back you should close your website because your selling faulty product.”

“I had my tape extensions installed by a professional hairdresser, everything was fine until the first wash of my hair after the first wash of my hair most of the tapes simply came off from my hair. This is unacceptable I paid over £300 for my the hair extensions plus another £100 for the installation to have nice hair for the first three days ! Do not buy, I do not recommend this brand at all !!”

“I would give ZERO stars if I could. I have ordered tape extensions from milk + blush and spent a lot of money, for 2 weeks after professional application to be left with constant knotting and matting hair extensions. I have followed all hair extension aftercare (I have had tapes for a long time now) and tried everything I can. Yet I feel the need to take a hairbrush everywhere I go as other wise I look like a birds nest. I bought this new set of extensions for my wedding, and when speaking to customer service they were no help, saying I would have to send them back for them to do 'thorough testing' before doing anything. I explained this would leave me with no extensions for the wedding and I do not have the money to be buying them again ahead of my day!! To be told I haven't read the terms and conditions properly.. THE worst hair I have ever had in my 5 years of wearing extensions, the slight head movement and I am left with matting and tangling in my hair. I can't even wear my hair in a pony tail without it knotting😂 all of this met with the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY”

“I am actually really disappointed with this hair I usually just buy cheap synthetic hair so I thought I’d treat myself. I think it was 225 in the sale! The hair is thin nothing to it at all I’m devastated! Too long thin and looks nothing like it does on the models even curled. I’m bridesmaid next month and looks like going to have to buy some cheap synthetic hair as I thought I was going to have princess hair and was so excited when I purchased these! Now I’m 225 pound down. Maybe if they were shorter they would be better. I’m now put off buying real hair 😢”

“This company doesn’t given deserve a star ZERO STARS if you ask me! Returned hair within policy months ago haven’t received a return. They made a bull*** reason so did what they asked and STILL have not given me my refund. This has been ongoing since March! This company is a SCAM who is committing FRAUD by keeping peoples money refusing to refund their money making up excuses or not responding to emails about refunding people their hard earned money either. I returned my untouched extensions months ago I want my money back. Do yourself a favor don’t buy cause the extensions are fake hair anyways with a weird texture and the color 9/10 doesn’t match that’s why I returned my untouched unopened hair extensions which they probably already resold but scammed me out of my money by refusing to refund me. Still waiting for my refund MILK and BLUSH. Oh and returning items cost you money so don’t waste your time they don’t reimburse people cause it’s a “small company” but they don’t mind taking my money and letting me pay for a product I don’t have”

“Awful Quality - I used Milk & Blush years ago and loved them. I've just gone back to them after removing my nano rings and am so disappointed that the quality is nowhere near as good as it was years ago. They have matted within weeks. I've been a hair extension wearer for 10+ years so I know how to take care of them. This is the worst hair I've ever had, gutted I can no longer rely on milk and blush.”

“After 10 years of experience with hair extensions , I am incredibly disappointed with this company and their hair quality and especially their customer service.I have spent £500 on tape in hair extensions, 24h after adjusting them, had them washed by my hair dresser and every single tape has come off my hair.now this was a brand new hair extensions.contacted customer service and included photos for proof of evidence.what they told me that the problem was with whoever adjusted my extensions, however I’ve been with my hair dresser for nearly 10 years. Do not recommend this brand please don’t waste your money.”
