First time using m+b clip in extensions. Started off well but with more wear and after washing and using heat once / twice a month they have now become unmanageable. I have used m+b shampoo & conditioner and extension specific heat protector. The hair feels soft after being washed but after being dried it bunches up and becomes tangled continuously not to mention the ridiculous amount of shedding whilst trying to untangle every 5 minutes. So disappointed as this hair wasn’t cheap but I should have known when they arrived with long black synthetic feeling strands running through. I did email about this but was assured the hair was 100% human, however, after wearing human extensions for 14 years, I’m not convinced. Won’t be purchasing from m+b again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either.
