“Really easy to order, arrived quickly, but beware if you want a specific time for delivery eg AM or PM there is an additional cost of £12.50 which was not advised at point of sale. Other than that really good would order again.”

“I telephoned the office and received excellent accurate advice on the fire I wished to buy. I was dissapointed however with the delivery service. I paid for a PM slot and it was confirmed a few days before, however on the actual day I was out briefly in the morning and luckily returned at 10.45am to find the delivery driver there who informed me he was about to leave! If AM and PM slots are available then they should be adhered to otherwise advise your client to wait in all day.”

“The fireplace hoover arrived very quickly, and it is a nice machine that does what it is meant to do. It is small and neat, so easy to store. My one quibble is that the flex is short, and I have to attach an extension lead. A longer flex would make this an excellent machine.”

“Bought the Hoover for my son unfortunately the nozzle was missing on opening. After a phone call the nozzle was sent by 1st class post,so overall a good service.”

“Service and delivery good. Equipment looks and works OK but I do wonder about the durability of the clip on the tongs which because of the square section does not work very smoothly and I suspect may break?”

“Initially we had to chase to confirm delivery but overall this was a very small issue. The fireplace arrived on the day we were advised it should and at the time we were advised of. The cardboard packaging was a little damaged though inside the box both the fireplace and surround were packed well and seemed undamaged (though we haven't yet been in a position to fully unpack them yet) We had shopped around to find the cheapest retailer of the product we wanted and Manor House seemed the cheapest as well as most professional. Would be happy to use them again.”

“Very good and friendly service. However I did not recieve an email itemising what exactly I had ordered. So I had to ring to make sure. I shouldn't have had to do that.”

“A good experience from the very beginning. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The fitters pleasant and conscientious, taking great care to disrupt my home as little as possible. I would recommend them to anyone”
