I telephoned the office and received excellent accurate advice on the fire I wished to buy. I was dissapointed however with the delivery service. I paid for a PM slot and it was confirmed a few days before, however on the actual day I was out briefly in the morning and luckily returned at 10.45am to find the delivery driver there who informed me he was about to leave! If AM and PM slots are available then they should be adhered to otherwise advise your client to wait in all day.
