we enjoyed LSApts....the people who work here have been lovely... the room for the week was good for us and much better than a normal hotel room. we were on 2nd floor, so a bit dark/ location good if staying south of the Thames. a bit of a walk to tube stations overall a positive experience.

The property location was very good and the apartment pictures were consistent with the apartment assigned to us. However, there is a major opportunity to improve the communication between the Booking Coordinator (B) and the Apartment Manager. 1. we were provided the incorrect entry codes for both the apartment building and the apartment itself. We received an email from the booking coordinator 3 days before check-in but she claims that the apartment manager changed the codes the day after the email was sent. Imagine our frustration coming after a long flight and we were unable to enter the building. 2. the WiFi network name and password provided in the email from the booking coordinator was incorrect. They sent a technician to fix after Day 3 who was unable to fix. At the end of Day 4, they sent another technician who gave us a completely different network name and password. We never got a clear explanation on why incorrect information was provided. We checked out after Day 7. PS - we were also told that the technician can be in the apartment unit by himself to fix the Wifi. We did not need to be in the apartment during the repair. However, both technicians clearly told us that he did not want to be in the apartment by himself due to any potential liability issues. Yet another case of poor communication.

I have booked apartments in London on three occasions through LSA and their services have been very professional right from the booking stage. I’d like to particularly mention Mirella at Point West who is so responsive, helpful and friendly.

Location was good, apartment clean although very small, especially bedroom as you can’t even walk around the bed. Amenities in apartment good, but some general maintenance required.

I needed help to find a suitable serviced apartment for a one-year tenancy. London Serviced Apartments was prompt and helpful in their responses, and made the whole rental process hassle-free. They took care of my tenancy all the way till my deposit was returned at the end of my stay. Service was thus reliable and professional.

Special thanks to Ana, everything I asked for, was dealt with efficiently and promptly...she was most helpful through the whole process of quoting, booking and invoicing. Booking form was easy to fill in. I know our Japanese guests have stayed at Queen Street City of London lots of times before, so no doubt our next guests coming to London next month, will have a good stay!

A nice apartment, well equipped, in a fantastic location. Virtually everywhere in central London is in walking distance. Requests were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Air conditioning would have been very useful on warm days - opening the windows brought much needed cooler air and through breeze but brought unwelcome noise from the busy streets below. Fans were provided which helped a lot.

There were some hiccups in the booking process (their payment form kept timing out and had to be manually regenerated), but the staff were patient and did their best to help. The apartment in Aldgate is ok--the sofa (a pull-out) is terribly uncomfortable for sitting. But the flat was clean and things in basic working order. When the temps outside rose, a fan was provided, which was appreciated. One of the lifts broke down, and remained out of order for the last two weeks of my stay. One working lift was insufficient to service the entire tower, and I had to walk down 8 floors every day because the one working lift was always full.

Great location, great price, comfortable beds, and Anastasija and Roy were super helpful! Unfortunately there were a few issues. There were no instructions provided to us by “Native Apartments”, which made things tricky. The front door didn’t lock and no one answered the emergency line (despite Roy’s best efforts). This led to us being unable to leave the apartment on our first night in London, which was disappointing. Shower door in the master bedroom constantly got stuck. There was loud and early construction Mon-Sat across the road, which was not communicated prior to the stay. Cleaners were fantastic! Super efficient! All in all, a few hiccups that could have been avoided (mainly due to Native Apartments, not London Serviced Apartments as a company), but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The booking process was reasonable, prompt responses to our enquiries (allowing for the time difference in Australia). Our apartment at Gerrard Place is a good central location for us and has been a good base for us to explore London. It appears modernised as per the images on the website. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in hoping to store our luggage. The cleaner and her supervisor were here when we arrived. The supervisor was very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment whilst we explored the area. We reported a broken shower fixture on the first evening of our stay and the issue was repaired the next day which was pleasing. We would have found it helpful to have some local information/recommendations (restaurants, supermarkets etc) and instructions for how to use appliances in the apartment or available via email. As the apartment is not serviced during our 7 night stay more than 2 x towels and 1 x bath mat would have been appreciated. Overall we considered the apartment good value.

The serviced apartment in Ealing is just a pleasant place to live in a short period especially for a person coming from far away. It is convenient as you can get some groceries and other necessities to live in walking distance and access to the city within half an hour by train or tube. Looking at items inside the apartment, everything you need is already there such as kitchenware, dishware, utensils, bedding, etc.. Housekeeping come there weekly so you can keep the room clean. Lovely! This apartment is definitely one of best candidates when returning to London.
