“Your support, knowledge and guidance was excellent. Adam Lane was truly excellent with his support, patience and organisation. It took us about two years in total to secure a place after many let downs and he provided such a sense of decorum and authority through such a chaotic period!”

“The service and help we received was excellent. We contacted L & C when we thought there was no chance of a mortgage (only £20,00) at our age which was vital to enable us to get the property we wanted. We were reassured and after quite a lot of questions, we nearly had a mortgage. A problem soon solved band we had an offer. All conversations were polite, confident and positive. We are now settled in our new home and would certainly recommend L & C to everyone”

“This is the third time that I have used London & Country Mortgages to deal with my remortgages. They took the stress out of finding a new mortgage when my current deal was coming to an end. Based on the facts I gave them they found a mortgage that was perfect for me. My personal case manager gave me regular updates as to the progress of my application up until the Conveyancer for the new Mortgage continued with the remortgage. All in all they made it a stress free experience.”

“I had an advisor called Shawn Vivian and was brilliant from start to finish. Very thorough and kept me informed all the time ringing when said he would. He got me a great deal thank you and acted as though cared- recognising my voice may have been off and asking if I was OK as I sounded tired. A very astute young man and by asking made me feel like a person and not just another customer on the other end of the phone. I had all questions and emails answered and the whole process went very smoothly. I would say is an asset to the company- thank you Shawn for your hard work and help! For that reason I would recommend London & country to others!”

“Being first time buyers, we were completely new to the home buying process, and we didn't know where to start. I got different advice from different people; some would advise to hire a broker, others would advise to speak to the estate agents. Naturally, finances can be tight when saving for a house, so I used Google to search for a free mortgage broker. L&C mortgages came up, and at first I was a bit sceptical, as usually these things are too good to be true. I gave the number a call, and spoke to a friendly chap who explained the process to buying a house. Within the hour after the call, I had my mortgage in principle, and so, could begin my house search. After finding a home we fell in love with, we called back, and so began the process of applying for a mortgage. L&C mortgages made everything so simple and easy. They gave advice on what we need to do next, recommended a solicitor, and case managed the whole process with frequent updates. If we had a question, we emailed our case manager, and we would get a reply so quickly. Thanks to L&C mortgages, what should have been one of the most stressful times of our life, became an enlightening experience. Thank you so much for all your help, and if anyone is reading this, don't hesitate to speak to them, especially if you were like us, and didn't know where to start.”
