I had an advisor called Shawn Vivian and was brilliant from start to finish. Very thorough and kept me informed all the time ringing when said he would. He got me a great deal thank you and acted as though cared- recognising my voice may have been off and asking if I was OK as I sounded tired. A very astute young man and by asking made me feel like a person and not just another customer on the other end of the phone. I had all questions and emails answered and the whole process went very smoothly. I would say is an asset to the company- thank you Shawn for your hard work and help! For that reason I would recommend London & country to others!
