“I specifically asked for a retirement interest only mortgage and was told I would be put through to an expert. After much wasted time with emails and telephone calls, I was told they thought I meant I wanted a mortgage into retirement???? They could not offer a RIO mortgage. They obviously depend far too much on AI computer technology and not expertise and knowledge. Very disappointed”

“Just when we had given up hope of a re-mortgage, we called Loans.co.uk and boy are we glad we did. We'd spoken to at least 6 other mortgage "advisors" who seemed to want to find a quick reason not to help us. But when we called loans.co.uk, we'd actually given up hope, but thought one last go. Honestly, about 2 hours later we had an agreement in principle with Natwest. We were absolutely blown away by the team, the service and the speed of execution. All the team have been amazing, so friendly and understanding, but most importantly amazing at their jobs. We can't thank the loans.co.uk team enough as we got to keep our family home and saved £1400 per month. Truly incredible, thanks so much Team, can't recommend you all enough.”

“I'm pleased to give Loan.co.uk 5 stars. From the initial discussions with Connor, to the Case Handling of Alice, it felt that they were there to ensure you got the best deal possible. We had a couple of setbacks along the way but nothing to do with Loan.co.uk but what was good, is that they jumped on the case and resolved the issues to ensure we got our re-mortgage through.”
