I specifically asked for a retirement interest only mortgage and was told I would be put through to an expert. After much wasted time with emails and telephone calls, I was told they thought I meant I wanted a mortgage into retirement???? They could not offer a RIO mortgage. They obviously depend far too much on AI computer technology and not expertise and knowledge. Very disappointed
