“From the first call with Connor, the service we received in organising our remortgage was 2nd to none. Charlotte was amazing, always returned out calls promptly and always went out of her way to help and guide us through what turned out to be be quite a stressful experience. But we got there in the end, and amazing and very professional organisation. Thank you so much.😊👍”

“When refused further advance from our mortgage of more than 30yrs! I was feeling very let down, happened upon Loan.co.uk and from the first phonecall with James who put us on to the correct dept the weight of a complex situation was taken off me! “We applied through Loan.co.uk and can honestly say that their services was so polite, helpful and consistent. They kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish and cannot fault the service received. We mainly dealt with Terence and Sariah but if they were not around their colleagues were fully up to speed with our account. A special shout out goes to Ryan in Insurance and Protection he is amazing, so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable such a nice guy. Talking to Ryan fells like its one of your family. I would definitely return to this company and recommend them to others 10/10. Thanks guys”

“Samantha and Nadine have been brillliant, guiding us through the bridging loan process of what turned out to be a very difficult property purchase. In the end, we decided not to buy the property because of various structural problems. We will be coming back to them as soon as we have found a better property.”

“This was a remarkable positive experience from start to finish. The team was extremely competent, every aspect was carried out in a flawlessly professional manner. The process took on three main stages: Stage 1 - here I was connected to an initial assessor, Shak Mukith - generous with his time, extremely patient and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the twists and turns of the process. Stage 2 - once the general assessment occurred - an entirely painless affair - my application was handed over to one of their experts, David Halliwell. David was absolutely superb - making certain the application was correctly filled out, assisting at all points along the way. Focussed, extremely forthright with his responses, and always available to sort out any question I might have. Stage 3 - completion (again with David) - flawlessly executed by David and his team. As an aside, loan.co.uk as a company is also very relaxed and respectful all in one go. Emails always went to the right person, and everyone seemed genuinely committed to assisting in getting the application over the line. Highest recommendation.”
