“Very disappointed with this service as I feel like I've paid to be sent two heavy catalogues in a big box which was never asked for, Never opted in for advertising. If I ordered this small pot of paint directly from the manufacturing company it would have cost me £5.95 for delivery, but you guys charged me £9.95. And wasted my time/ trees as the catalogues are taking up space in my bin. And stop sending me emails I never opted in.”

“First time order. Logan studio jointer and chop frame supplied. All arrived well packaged and successfully managed to frame my painting. Very happy with my diy framing after often being disappointed with framing services I've paid for locally. Delivery was a little late but perhaps due to bank holiday and current covid problems.”

“Staff always really helpful. Wide range of framing supplies, very competitively priced. Fast overnight deliveries. My only slight criticism would be that sometimes the mouldings are damaged, perhaps due to lack of quality control? But having said that, staff are happy to replace it if you send photos to show the damage. I think Lion is a very friendly company and I find Tony and Tracey particularly helpful.”

“Great service , everything in stock - would like the option for a cheaper postage service as next day delivery not always necessary and postage is expensive if you only want a few bits. Also the option to pay with PayPal would be beneficial.”

“Hi throuigh troubled times, the whole sale was excellent,with next day delivery and the home frame measuring table by Logan so far is great. I am still installing it. The adjustment levels are very wide, which helps. The table itself is very ridgid & can be set up accurately. This is very important. The measuring left side is longer than I will need. I previously owned a Nobex similar kit, and this will be much better to use when I have attached the adhesive measuring strip. Recommended.”

“There is nothing wrong with the product at all However! For a small packet of clips I end up paying a small fortune to receive two very heavy sales brochures which I didn’t ask for, don’t want and have thrown away. This is irresponsible and silly selling. The Goods are overpriced because the buyer is subsidising this crazy marketing and selling exercise. The clips are good, I shall look elsewhere for them next time.”
