Staff always really helpful. Wide range of framing supplies, very competitively priced. Fast overnight deliveries. My only slight criticism would be that sometimes the mouldings are damaged, perhaps due to lack of quality control? But having said that, staff are happy to replace it if you send photos to show the damage.
I think Lion is a very friendly company and I find Tony and Tracey particularly helpful.
