I paid £2.9- for next day delivery, however the lighting is delivered as the normal order, delay one day!

I am sorry you appear to be disappointed with us. Having investigated, it would appear you placed your order at 22:49 on 28th May. Our cut-off point, which is shown on each product page via a count-down clock, is 20:00. Your order was therefore not processed until 29th, dispatched on our "next day" service, and reached you on 30th May. Any perceived delay was therefore due to you unfortunately not taking note of the information provided on the product page. I received 3 different dates for my delivery none of which were correct when I phoned the staff were helpful but I was told 1 of my items wasn't in stock they were waiting for a delivery and my items would be delivered at the same time

I purchased a product that was promised in 2 working days. Then it became 2 weeks. When it didn't arrive, I had to chase them. Oh, sorry, there's been a holdup and won't arrive until the end of the month. In fact, I ordered on 13th March and it finally arrived on 1st May. Conversations with customer service were delightful, but not much else. Chasing a supplier for a service paid for almost 2 months' earlier is not a good experience. I will not use them again.

I have three complaints: 1) Their website did not fully describe the item's specification, so when it arrived I had to send it back because it could not be installed where I had planned. So I returned the item. In my e-mail, I explained why I was returning it (due to a lack of information on their website) and also asked a question. 2) None of my questions have been answered. 3) I was a bit cross to be asked to pay for the return shipping when the reson for the return was due to inadequate information on the company website.

the time slot given for delivery was spot on and if it had worked good. unfortunately the driver was in that much of a hurry he only had time to leave a note to say he didn't find us in (we were) and we could collect the parcel the next day at a collection point 3 miles away from us ( we left a note on their system to leave in shed if not in). This also meant printing off a collection voucher. i might as well have gone down to the shops and bought what i required. Also what if we didn't have a printer?

Order for a picture light arrived promptly but the bulbs advertised on the web page as ?related products? and by inference appropriate to the picture light, proved to be too big to fit. An emailed comment requesting some the correct size was answered by a standard message saying that a reply could take three days(!). Day three and still no response. This is not good service.

I ordered a product on the 6th Feb, with the promise of delivery on the 13th, no sign of it, after emailing and phoning, no one had any idea where it was. It eventually turned up on Friday the 22nd. Maybe you should keep track of your orders and ensure that the item is actually in stock at your suppliers before you accept an order.

Placed order on 21/12/18 and stated in stock . I paid extra for delivery before Xmas . Goods did not arrive before Xmas . No explanation given . Actually forgot about the item but remembered and when I contacted informed awaiting for it to be in stock again. Eventually got it in February . Very disappointed

They should answer emails they receive from customers not just we are busy then not follow up this is regards an item I wish to return as the addvert for the item was misleading it says you have 14 days to return it that is getting close

The wrong package was delivered on the 27 December and I have try to get it back although it had my name and address on it was full of strip lights for a coach.I would really like it moved I would put it outside but I don't want to be blamed for any damage.i am pleased with my own purchase please resolve this soon

The order for your picture light is both confusing and misleading. The two battery item 4276 on the invoice 11041171 indicated "Ultra Bat AAA 4 Pack 1 pieces £3.18". On item 4278 is showed "Battery C pk 2 1 pieces £3.18". I received 2 AAA batteries in one pack and 2 C type in another pack. Both were inadequate to light the lamp, so a further expense of £13.50 for 6 C batteries had to be made for it to work, therefore the quote and invoice were misleading and another 6 batteries had to be bought. Also the use of Pk and Pack on two separate lines is inconsistent and also confusing. The total invoice value showed £74.60 when the actual value was £88.11, (apart from the cost and inconvenience of driving 4 miles to a town). These descriptions were therefore misleading and "misrepresented the sale" representing an increase in cost of 18%.

I placed my order early November, knowing it was out of stock. I was not given an estimated delivery date and when contacted I was told we are expecting them soon Eventually More fitting arrived only to find it damaged. I contacted customer service again and was told they would send me a returns email. I had to contact them again to ask for this to be sent and when I might expect a replacement. I was told they were expecting them on the 12th of December and would be despatched straight away. it is now the 18th and still no fitting or information

Only part of order arrived without explanation or info on when rest could be expected. Unable to get any contact with customer service by phone and response by email did not arrive after a week so get your act together. Both light bulbs although those specifically recommended for this fitting were unsuitable as although description matched they were non dimmable bulbs for a dimmable lamp. Your response to return and re-order and to deny anything amiss with the information given to customer is unacceptable. 2nd lamp finally arrived and seems pre-fitting which wont happen until Jan OK but box was pierced in several places.
