I have three complaints:
1) Their website did not fully describe the item's specification, so when it arrived I had to send it back because it could not be installed where I had planned.
So I returned the item. In my e-mail, I explained why I was returning it (due to a lack of information on their website) and also asked a question.
2) None of my questions have been answered.
3) I was a bit cross to be asked to pay for the return shipping when the reson for the return was due to inadequate information on the company website.
