“My elderly Mums base unit ran out of battery life. A call to customer services meant that it was replaced within 2 working days taking a worry away, both for Mum and the family. Customer services could not have been any more helpful, thank you!”

“Being on my own, it is not easy trying to buy items with which one is completely unfamiliar. I received good help on the Chat line, which would have been even better, and quicker, if able to talk on the phone. However the assistant was helpful, and even helped with an eligibility question.”
