The forms seemed to be a bit repetitive with the questions but the actual customer service was very fast and efficient and whilst doing the set up call the person on the other end of the call was very kind and helpful. We now have more peace of mind .

Lifeline is easy to install and easy to use. The only flaw is the difficulty of being heard when not near the base unit. It does make one appreciably more confident than when relying on just a telephone to summon help in an emergency. I have recommended it at least one friend.

I ordered Lifeline for my 93 year old mum after she suffered a bad fall. Previously she had had a personal alarm which functioned via the house alarm but the house alarm had been broken shortly before. I was very concerned to find a suitable substitute and was delighted to learn about Lifeline. The service has been second to none and the alarm system is very responsive. I have gained great peace of mind knowing that this system is in place.

At every stage, from comparing alarm service providers, to clarity of information, to competitive prices with choice to meet individual needs and requirements, with a straight forward ordering process, quick delivery, simple installing, a friendly helpful reassuring voice on the phone, and providing a feeling of security and safety for the alarm holder and their family demonstrates that Lifeline 24 is an excellent service. In fact it is BRILLIANT

I got this for my mum. It arrived very quickly (next day) and was very easy to set up. I also liked how the team did a number of tests to ensure it could respond wherever mum was in the house. Also the box has a speaker that allows someone to communicate with you if the alarm is activated which is a great idea. Unfortunately the set up for us meant the box was in a different room, but they were quick to respond with telephone calls to mum via home and mobile before alerting anybody else. This was all tested with them at the start so we were reassured the system worked. We have only had it a week, but the confidence it has given me and my mum is invaluable.

Ordered this for my mother as I live in the US and my brother is not local either. We have other safety precautions in place but knowing mum has this in addition in case she cannot get to the phone is peace of mind. Interestingly my mother and her siblings had used one of the first era of these for my grandmother, so it was interesting to see how the personal alarm had improved. I did a price comparison to a similar product offered by the local council, which you think would be cheaper, but in fact it was cheaper to go with Lifeline24, and to be quite honest my mother wasn't thrilled to go through the local council anyway - win win!!

The alarm arrived next day post and was very easy to setup and install. Testing was simple and the call centre staff were very professional, courteous and friendly - all round, a great experience. The alarm works well - hope we don't need to use it for real!

The process of ordering and setting up were both simple and easy to do. The first press on the button lead to an in-depth test of the system which again was very to do and gave us further peace of mind about the coverage.

We purchased the Lifeline24 wrist alarm with fall detector and external key box, because our mum had an accident at home, fell and broke her hip and was trapped for nearly 2 days before being found. Following surgery and convalescence she was due to return home. The product arrived the day after order and as we had set up the contact information sheet, we were able to instal immediately and ran through the tests with the operator. It gave enormous peace of mind and mum returned to her home. Seven days later, mum collapsed at just gone midnight. We were contacted by Lifeline24 who provided clear and calm feedback recommending a visit. We attended and mum was rushed into hospital, has been treated and since been discharged. We were with her very shortly after her collapse and so this product has already, in our view, been a life saver. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and service.

It was very easy to install this device without a broadband connection for my 96 year old mother-in-law. She and the family now feel they can relax should she have a fall or be locked in the garage again as help is always at hand.
