Equipment arrived within 24hrs. The set up and forms easy. The test of the equipment was thorough and prompt. Have yet to need it for an emergency as very new customers.

Having asked my wife to order Lifeline she filled in the form on my behalf and was asked to fill in the form which could be done on line My wife having done this was told that it would contact her when they had checked everything was in order but I could not use it until they gave the clearance. I waited for a reply but nothing, My wife on my behalf contacted Lifeline and a surprised Customer service was surprised to hear I was still waiting to be able to connect the lifeline how would I have stood if this had been urgently needed. It was not quite straightforward for her when trying to connect was told the lines were busy, but eventually got connected. I am sorry to say but like lots of Companies when they have someone interested in what they are offering they are keen to take your money and Bank details for when the period of the term expires, let's wait and see how things turn out. I hope I will not have to use Lifeline, but the service at the beginning could have been a great deal better. Philip Anderson-Archbold

Lifeline24 have been very easy to deal with. Responsive, efficient, pleasant. Early days, but would not hesitate to recommend.

Delivery and set up fast and efficient. Fortunately we haven’t had experience of an emergency but it gives us peace of mind that help is at hand should one arise.

Very good customer service. I rang a few times for help at different times of the day and all very helpful staff. One thing I will say is on testing the unit it took around 5-10 minutes to connect. I was thinking I had done something wrong but the advisor said it was a particularly busy period. To wait 10 minutes to connect in an emergency could be the difference between life or death so I would hope this isn't always the case otherwise more lines should be set up. My Dad as decided to wear the alarm on his wrist and he finds it very comfortable.

We were recommended to you so I rang one afternoon, spoke to a very helpful and patient young man and ordered on the spot. The unit was here next day, installed and tested the following day and is now giving us all peace of mind. Thank you all so much

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, though I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet been able to set up your alarm. As our equipment has the latest plug-and-play technology, it does not require an engineer to come out to fit it and so installation is not something that we charge for. The one-off £35 fee covers the pre-programming of the equipment and all administration for the account. I apologise if this is not something that was made clear to you. We have set this up in the last two weeks, so have not used the emergency button yet. The set up was easy and the items all fitted together very easily. We checked the button in different rooms and right out in the garden with the lady on the other end of the line, during the set up process, and she was quite happy with all of the calls. This gave us confidence that the button would work if needed, and peace of mind that someone living on their own would not become stranded.

Would like to have given 6 stars above but your system wouldn't allow this. However, I did find that the service provided was exemplary. All staff spoken to were extremely helpful and professional.

Our lifeline order arrived the next day. Easy to see up and do the 3 tests. The call centre was very helpful with clear instructions..

I have received excellent service from lifeline, delivered on time, the testing process was easy and reassuring, Although I am very active with no problems with falling so far, having the Lifeline is a real benefit as I live alone and have a large garden that I frequently work in. My family who do not live near feel that should there be a problem for me I am supported and help will be at hand.

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is over the moon with her personal alarm. Although my mother lives with me in a separate annex it is peace of mind when I am shopping etc...for both myself and my mother. It was delivered the very next day and extremely simple to set. When calling to test, the lady on the end of phone was most helpful. Would highly recommend.
