Lifeline came through promptly. But I have not yet managed to set it up. The form is formidable. There are questions unsolved on the key safe. I am not sure if I can set that up by myself but will try. A friend with one at Haywards Heath was astonished that you do not automatically fit the key safe. I am not yet sure that my phone system will easily accept it. When I have time and the energy I will try to set it all up.

We aim to make the New Customer Forms as concise as possible, however due to the nature of our service, there is some information that we are unable to provide the service without. As the key safe is separate from the alarm system, the key safe details do not have to be submitted on the form initially, they can be added at a later date by giving our customer service team a call. I have arranged for a member of the team to get in touch with you regarding the installation of both the key safe and alarm system itself. Easy to set up for my Mum and Dad Call handlers friendly and helpful during testing. Average answer time was around 2 minutes.

Really speedy response to my request to become a subscriber to Lifeline24. I received the kit, as promised, the very next day. A gentleman made an appointment to install my key safe-box, as requested, and the job was courteously and competently done, as arranged. A friend of mine connected the system to the phone, and the testing was very professionally conducted by Lifeline staff. I feel much relieved now that I have the system up and running. Well worth the subscription fees.

Easy transaction and fast delivery. Support for testing is excellent, and telephone manner is patient and considerate. I feel confident my Mother will receive the help needed in an emergency and it provides our family piece of mind.

Having Lifeline has brought peace of mind to me, the patient's wife and to the patient himself. The information on the net was clear and helpful, including the ordering process and the 'Setting up Guide'. It must have been as I did the setting up myself and am not confident when dealing with telephone points etc. My family and neighbours are pleased to have our house keys and information of what to do if an emergency occurs. To sum it up, we feel safer with Lifeline.

Thankyou so much for my Lifeline24 i feel so protected now and wear my pendant all the time, as i live alone and my daughter is at uni.in Bournmouth so she is very happy that i have a way to keep in contact with people who can help if i am ill or fall.... It was so easy to install and i am so happy no.

I ordered over the phone rather than online as I wanted to talk through a couple of points. The lady I spoke to was very clear and helpful and the process took just a couple of minutes. The parcel arrived the next day as promised with my usual Royal Mail delivery. Setting up and checking it worked was also very easy. Very pleased with the service I received.

Equipment arrived within 24hrs. The set up and forms easy. The test of the equipment was thorough and prompt. Have yet to need it for an emergency as very new customers.

Having asked my wife to order Lifeline she filled in the form on my behalf and was asked to fill in the form which could be done on line My wife having done this was told that it would contact her when they had checked everything was in order but I could not use it until they gave the clearance. I waited for a reply but nothing, My wife on my behalf contacted Lifeline and a surprised Customer service was surprised to hear I was still waiting to be able to connect the lifeline how would I have stood if this had been urgently needed. It was not quite straightforward for her when trying to connect was told the lines were busy, but eventually got connected. I am sorry to say but like lots of Companies when they have someone interested in what they are offering they are keen to take your money and Bank details for when the period of the term expires, let's wait and see how things turn out. I hope I will not have to use Lifeline, but the service at the beginning could have been a great deal better. Philip Anderson-Archbold
