I ordered over the phone rather than online as I wanted to talk through a couple of points. The lady I spoke to was very clear and helpful and the process took just a couple of minutes. The parcel arrived the next day as promised with my usual Royal Mail delivery.
Setting up and checking it worked was also very easy. Very pleased with the service I received.
