“Wonderful customer service. My 90 year old Dad's charger stopped working. I phoned on Sunday and a replacement was delivered 9.30 Tuesday morning.”

“We originally spoke to Jos who was excellent. He explained everything so we all understood how things worked. A very funny man who made us feel very sure we had all the information we required. I also phoned again to test the alarm and once again an excellent customer service.”

“This was replacement Lifeline, I appreciate the digital unit as can place at convenient place in the house( can hear in all areas) . I don’t like the wrist attachment it’s big and clumsy. , had been use to wearing the old red one, I prefer wearing the alarm on the wrist.”

“Hello, as you may know I have been experiencing A problem since yesterday with my new replacement lifeline unit and I am currently unable to use it ‘ due To the fact that there is a connection Problem , the message the alarm rings And it tells me to wait for response this is the problem but that’s as far as it gets there is No further response from you I have spoken this morning To Carley, she was very helpful? and explained To her what happened and she promised to That I would be contacted by and engineer If you speak with her please to try and get This sorted quickly I would appreciate it Regards. Brian Waters.”

“This replacement alarm has been troublesome the instructions to set it up was confusing only by phoning customer service i was informed that the instructions given were all wrong and not complicated like the instructions given . The next problems were the alarm going off by itself yes I did get through to someone to give help but the alarm was going off automatically it took three people to stop the alarm as it was just going off into a loop .I hope that it's now sorted as I worry if won't work when I need it .”
