I received my Lifeline24 fall alert button last week and now wearing it 24 hours a day. I did ask Lifeline24 for a printout of the contacts and medication etc that I provided the company with - but they were unable to do this. The information was completed on the online form but I did not have the option of printing it off. I think this is something the company should be able to provide me with as it is my information

The services rendered was excellent. Had a few concerns re the new replacement of my life Line.2. The earlier two Life items did mot seem to work. The services was later replaced a by a new model. The new model was easily fixed to the Mann switch. Did a test call to the Customer Services and it has since working efficiently. Very good services al the times. I received excellent service when I had a problem with my equipment. A new set arrived the following day and I was given instructions on the phone about the set up. I have always found your staff to be helpful and kind. Wearing the pendant at all times, gives me and my family a feeling of security and that I am not actually alone. Thank you Lifeline.

Friendly and helpful especially in the set up process. Quick delivery. I have a pendant fall detector which seems to work very well - 1 false alarm call so far handled very promptly.

Wonderful product, but fine untill you don't need it any more and wish to cancel it. They have strung me along for 2 years , the wrist monitor was returned two years ago so made the machine unworkable and the customer services rep, told me to put the mains part in the cupboard until I needed it again. They managed to debit a credit card that has been cancelled and now only offer 50% refund . Just hoping I receive this ok as all my trust in this company has gone. Just beware of what you sign up for. Blessings Aileen Callender

i have now been waiting 3 weeks for a keysafe to be installed. i recieved a email to say it would be installed on 07/06/22 betwine 8 to 1 i waited in all day nobody arrived . no contact was made to inform me why no body showed.ihave still had information as to when it will be installed. would someone inform me when and if this will be installed brian jones

Dear Brian, Thank you for your feedback today. I am so sorry that you have been waiting so long for your Keysafe to be installed. We work with an external company in arranging the installation of a Keysafe and there can be some delays and miscommunications as a result of this. I have arranged for a member of our Customer Service Team to get in touch with the company involved to request an update on the installation and to commit them to a firm date to come to the property. Just set up the alarm and done the tests. The staff that answered the calls were very pleasant to speak with and explained the tests clearly as we went through them.

I am very pleased with this alarm. It was very easy to set up and I am covered once more. I hope I never have to use it in an emergency but it is good to know that help is at hand by the press of a button, if I do. That peace of mind is worth far more than the cost of the alarm.

brilliant system I ordered my lifeline for my own peace of mind aswell as my partners knowing if I need help it is available as have had several falls due to my disability it arrived the next day and was so easy to set up with a very calm and helpful voice on the end of the line my partner feels much more at ease leaving me on my own now so she can still work and go shopping ect knowing there is help available if needed I highly recommend this product

Good service and good product. Location finder doesn't work in some places I've tried it and I find the device a bit big hanging round my neck.
