“The £109 lamp shade arrived dented in two places, despite being wrapped and packaged securely. It seems it was sent out damaged.”

“Hi, the lamp itself is nice but very unstable and low quality. The head is too heavy for the main part and it broke from the bottom after 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed with the quality as it is quite pretty. I used superglue to stick it back but it's just matter of time that it'll break again and I'll have to buy a new floor lamp.”

“Time frame to arrive was longer than stated and the light itself was missing some screws which now means the fitting isn’t securely fitted”

“Having ordered my light , Read some reviews and was abit concerned. As it turned out I couldn’t have asked for a better service . Had a problem with wrong address and was sorted straight away . Lampsy we’re very prompt with there reply’s and absolutely Love my lights , we’re packaged great 👍”

“It's a really lovely product - good quality and it came really quickly. I would have given it 'Excellent' status had a bulb been included - but to be fair - it did say in the product details no bulb included.”
