I'm very excited about my new lamp (Dexter Pendant in black)! The quality of the metal and the metal work is good, the finishes inside and outside are good, the cord feels nice and the cord attachments are solid at both ends. I'm very happy to find lamps worth buying after having to return other vendor's flimsy lamps that looked miles different than the photos.
As part of my purchase, I talked to someone in Lampsy's customer services. They were very helpful, friendly, polite and answered my questions clearly.
