“Had been planning on buying this 2.9m Werner telescopic loft ladder for some 6 months and finally nearly purchased it from Amazon, believing I would not find it cheaper anywhere else after much research. Did one last final search and not sure how ladder store managed to beat my previous best price by nearly £50 but they had. Honestly I knew I was taking a chance after reading mixed reviews for ladder store but my experience has been nearly all positive. The Good. Price was amazing and could not buy it cheaper anywhere, arrived in immaculate packaging with No missing parts, was delivered in good time from point of ordering. The bad , terrible communication had no idea my order was arriving as received no notification of it being dispatched or out for delivery, just lucky I was at home. That said very satisfied customer.”

“Ladderstores website is so comprehensive that it was easy to find a new loft ladder that met my specifications. I must mention the comprehensive fitting instructions available on line which enabled me to more easily make my decision to order. Two days later they arrived by courier and fitted as a DIY project the following day. No issues fitting them. But I must say a second pair of hands would have been useful. Great company to do business with.”

“Hassle free transaction all very quick and business like. Have had no need to contact outside of this so cant comment on that. THe packaing it came in was - if anything - maybe over the top! - as it is not a fragle thing - but better safe etc etc Happy Customer!”

“There was no stamp on the package and I had to drive to the sorting office and pay a fee.”

Hi Lauren, Our products are sent via a courier service where postage is paid and labelled by them, there should have been no need to pay a fee for the collection of this item. “I bought a new lock assembly for a MidMade Lux loft ladder, which fitted my loft ladder perfectly. We drilled out the old rivets and installed new rivets to hold the lock assembly in place and the new lock assembly works perfectly. Delighted.”
