“I have tried to contact kidly as in the past I have been thoroughly impressed with your contact methods and your resolutions to any issues. This time however, I have tried numerous ways of getting in touch and have had emails bounce back, or gave had no response so this review is my final attempt. I initially wanted an exchange but as I was unable to get any type of response I processed a return and returned all four pairs of sandals. I have had no contact since and have not received my refund. This return was sent over two weeks ago.”

“Trying to get hold of them after placing a £100+ order that has no tracking, no communication, and never arrived. Website chat is disabled, Company @kidly.co.uk emails all bounce back and zero response on social messaging.”

“Very surprised after all the positive reviews but we've been completely ghosted by the customer service. I've received a faulty product and managed to get through to the customer service on February 17th which said I'll hear back within 48 hours but since then my follow ups bounce back and there seems to be no way of getting in touch with Kidly's customer service. I've tried Instagram messages, email and the live chat to Jo avail. I'm now left with a faulty £75 pounds worth toddler table which is just so frustrating!!”

“UPDATED POST:It's been 2 weeks since I returned an item, left many emails, messages etc and no one is responding to me. Shoe guidelines arent particularly accurate and I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but there isn't an option. The shoes really did smell, lots of people mentioned this. The customer service is awful. This purple chat box thing isn't a thing and I've emailed twice with no response”
