Very surprised after all the positive reviews but we've been completely ghosted by the customer service. I've received a faulty product and managed to get through to the customer service on February 17th which said I'll hear back within 48 hours but since then my follow ups bounce back and there seems to be no way of getting in touch with Kidly's customer service. I've tried Instagram messages, email and the live chat to Jo avail. I'm now left with a faulty £75 pounds worth toddler table which is just so frustrating!!
