“Ordered chuckles and a barrow online. Very easy to place the order. Was given an estimated delivery duration. Truck arrived with no prior warning. Luckily we were in to receive the goods”

“My second order from KBM. They have a large range of building materials. Ordering on-line is easy. Pricing is reasonable. Communications excellent. The driver was very helpful with the delivery and drop-off. My only comment is that delivery can be expensive at £36, which is a lot for smaller orders.”

“Easy to order, although some items were a little harder to find. Easy transaction and immediate notification of purchase. Had been emailing regarding items and delivery and got prompt and helpful replies. Delivery was arranged and was notified prior to it arriving. Well priced compared to other merchants in the area.”

“Overall I was pleased with my purchase from KBM. Everyone I encountered at the Keith depot was friendly and helpful. One piece of constructive criticism; make click and collect an option on the checkout page of the website. My first attempt to place an order seemed to leave no option but delivery at £36, so I dropped in at the depot when I was passing to place the order in person. The second order I clicked 'cancel' when asked for a postcode, and only then was I given the option of collection.”

“Ordering on website was easy and delivery was quick. However, no warning was given that delivery was by a double decker hgv lorry, too big to access my property. An alternative drop off point had to be found quickly and further transport arranged.”

“I've Used KBM in the past and had no issues at all, their website is easy to use, their prices are at least standard if not a bit cheaper,when items delivered the delivery guys are polite and helpful, can highly recommend and I know I'll be using them again when the missus has her next bout of " I've been thinking"...”
