Overall I was pleased with my purchase from KBM. Everyone I encountered at the Keith depot was friendly and helpful. One piece of constructive criticism; make click and collect an option on the checkout page of the website. My first attempt to place an order seemed to leave no option but delivery at £36, so I dropped in at the depot when I was passing to place the order in person. The second order I clicked 'cancel' when asked for a postcode, and only then was I given the option of collection.
