“If I had actually received the items or any update at all on when they would be delivered I might be able to review them, the irony of receiving an email asking me to rate my experience is almost comical, I am still waiting for a reply to my emails sent on Friday 19th December regarding my order, which was placed on Friday 12th December, I had one email Monday 15th stating part of my order had been dispatched, total mail tracking still states they are waiting for the items to be sent to them from you, I then received a second email on Monday 15th saying both parts of my order had been dispatched, no tracking number though and have no deliveries or email updates since, I tried calling on Friday and was on hold to get through for over an hour, when I cut off then re tried there was a message saying you’d closed the lines, might have been helpful if you’d done that before they opened at 9.30 to save anyone hanging on to a line that was clearly not being answered.
Jules B customer service is non existent, I would like a refund on this order as I’m clearly not going to receive it before Christmas, but I won’t hold my breath for a reply to this or my emails so will be disputing the transaction with my bank to receive my £166 back.”
