“Lisa was helpful through all the stages of the mortgage application. Even though we had a couple of transactions that didn't come through, Lisa remained supportive and professional through the process. She was also consistently on the look out for better deals on the market for us. I'd highly recommend her services to other first time buyers.”

“I have used this company for my mortgage and insurance needs since becoming a home owner over 5yrs ago. I have found every member of staff to be extremely polite and professional. James gave me excellent recommendations and took the time to go over all the details so I understood them. I cannot rate this company high enough. They have taken the stress out of mortgaging for me and for that I am thankful! Keep up the good work!”

“Shaun Boyle and Emma Moores were super helpful in arranging our mortgage, made more complicated by the fact we live abroad for much of the year. They were incredibly patient with us, took a lot of time to find out about our needs and a lot of care in matching is with the right product. Over the many months it took to actually complete they both kept in touch with regular updates and always responded really quickly to any questions. Highly recommended!”

“My partner and I used Jenna Patel, who was absolutely amazing. She found us not only the best rates, but also the highest borrowing amount out of the 6 different mortgage advisors we tried. “Lisa at John Charcoal was amazing all throughout our mortgage application. She always kept us updated throughout the process and overcame obstacles in our credit history managing to get us the best rate available for our first mortgage with a lender. We now have our own home thanks to Lisa’s advice and support. Reasonably priced for the service. We highly recommend.”

“Shaahid is extremely professional and good at his work. He has successfully done a couple of mortgages and remortgages for me. He not only gets the best rate available in the market but keeps updating the clients if the interest rates have fallen down during the conveyancing process by helping in securing the lower rate. He is an Action taker!”
