“We had the absolute pleasure of working with Randeep as our mortgage advisor, and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. I contacted him just a few weeks before the end of our whole life term on our mortgage – I was in a complete panic. My husband had recently changed jobs, and time was running out to repay the full mortgage. Randeep was nothing short of amazing. He found us an excellent deal and offered sound, clear advice that immediately put me at ease. I've always been quite wary of financial advisors, but Randeep completely changed my perspective. He was so calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. On top of that, we also have a buy-to-let property which he very kindly looked into as well – completely free of charge. He renegotiated the mortgage and managed to save us a further £300 a month! The whole process was smooth and stress-free; we barely had to lift a finger in terms of paperwork, and we ended up saving a significant amount of money. Randeep is a credit to his profession, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found him. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!”

“I am so glad I chose John Charcol for my mortgage needs. Razzak dealt with my mortgage application with ease, he is amazing, full of knowledge and so kind and caring. He didn't only just get me the right mortgage, he went well above and beyond to get me the best deal and kept me updated throughout the process. Razzak is very understanding and gave me his upmost attention when I needed it most. John Charcol is an amazing mortgage broker who are affordable and professional. Hats off to Razzak for being so kind and knowledgeable and managed to get the best deals. I would give Razzak 10 stars if I could and I strongly recommend using John Charcol to apply for a mortgages without the stress.”

“I felt very comfortable and confident with the customer service I received. Whilst I was being taken through the various types of policies available, I felt able to ask questions without feeling intimidated. At the end of the consultation paperwork was forwarded also for me to go through and re hash what had been discussed. I thoroughly enjoyed my costumer service experience. Most importantly I didn’t feel rushed or forced into signing up for any of the policies. Thank you”

“Molly wilsden made re mortgaging feel like a light breeze on a hot day, refreshingly eager to help, explain, support and took the lead to get everything I needed to enable it went smoothly. I felt like I was talking to a friend about a topic I had lots of knowledge in because of the way she naturally makes you feel at ease and uses explanations I understand. I will be recommending Molly to anyone that will listen. She is amazing at her job and I am so grateful I had her help navigating all the variables to get the best deal for my situation (it was far from straightforward) . 10/10”

“This is our second time using John Charcol and we were looking to renew after reaching the end of term with our existing provider. From the first call with Shaun Boyle, we felt really comfortable. He listened to our requirements and offered some great advice and then got to work finding us the best possible deal. Quite quickly, he found us a new deal where we would save close to £300 per month. He submitted the application for us whilst on holiday, which really is going above and beyond! We were then allocated our awesome Account Manager, Zerena Taylor, who managed the comms with our new lender and Solicitor, keeping us updated brilliantly throughout. We would highly recommend Shaun and Zerena and will certainly be using them again in a few years when we need to negotiate our next mortgage.”

“I highly recommend, Stephen Brown customer service has been fantastic, he is very professional and really on top of things. I have been using Stephen for years now, he seeks out the best options for my mortgages, keeps on top of when the fixed rates are up, which has saved me a lot of money. He also sorted out my life insurance which I very grateful for.”
