I felt very comfortable and confident with the customer service I received. Whilst I was being taken through the various types of policies available, I felt able to ask questions without feeling intimidated. At the end of the consultation paperwork was forwarded also for me to go through and re hash what had been discussed. I thoroughly enjoyed my costumer service experience. Most importantly I didn’t feel rushed or forced into signing up for any of the policies.
