“I have wanted to do this course for several years with a previous employer but they were not interested. When I joined County Linen I inquired about this type of course and they booked places for myself and a college. I thought the Trainer, John, was excellent and he was able to illustrate and expand most of the content with his own work experiences which made the time fly and the topics much easier to take in. We both will be pushing for more colleges to attend similar courses in the future. Please pass on my sincere thanks to John for an excellent presentation over the 4 days. Sam Radford”

“The course ran for 4 days, covered 8 modules, was well organised, well presented and interesting. Pressure built towards the exam on the last day but due to the skill of the presenter Keith Coote there shouldn't have been anything to worry about. All passed comfortably. Nice atmosphere within our leaning group with lots of interaction.”

“I enjoyed every day of the course, it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, perhaps it was due to having a very good and experienced trainer. The training was very well structured with creative training techniques which helped me to understand the importance of H&S at work and prepare for the assessment at the end of the course.”

“The tutor made the course easy to follow and showed patience and understanding with the attendees. He did have a few IT issues not caused by anything he was doing , but he made sure it did not have any effect on the overall course. I did feel the venue host at times forgot we were on a course and they had to be prompted a number of times for different things, the overall venue was still very pleasent”
