The tutor made the course easy to follow and showed patience and understanding with the attendees. He did have a few IT issues not caused by anything he was doing , but he made sure it did not have any effect on the overall course.
I did feel the venue host at times forgot we were on a course and they had to be prompted a number of times for different things, the overall venue was still very pleasent
