“Very pleased with this company, good price and delivery . It did arrive a day earlier and I was out but the driver was excellent and put it in the garage as it was raining . I'll be coming back for more .”

“Insulation is good, smooth finish etc. I didn't realise it was 'stepped' but thats ok. Six or so pieces had edge damage, I can work round this but could be problem if material is on show and little to spare. Board sizes are 1247 x 595 not 1250 by 600, again I will be ok but... Delivery chappy was ( thankfully ) persistant and did good job.”

“The real honest review is that at first you delivered the wrong product; but hey mistakes happen its what you do to get over it; and in this case you efficiently rectified the error and life moved on”

“Delivered a day earlier than planned, but looking I was in. Great quality insulation with no damages. I did order celotex but received a Recitel - no a massive issue as both have same U Value”

“Generally very pleased with this company, PIR boards are good quality and definitely the cheapest and way cheaper than my local builders merchants which makes no sense to me. This is my 3rd purchase from them. My 2 gripes were a) the website wouldn't accept my purchase order on 6 seperate occasions so I rang them and was told I couldn't order over the phone either, fortunately I was subsequently able to order fine later in the day and b) this time was I was told by email they would be arriving between Mon and Wed the following week and they actually turned up on my doorstep the Friday before when fortunately I was in to accept them, they need to be better at that. Overall,price wins & I'd buy from again and recommend them”

“Very happy with the price of these insulation products but not impressed by Insulation4Less's inability to communicate their delivery schedule. This is my second order: on both occasions they told us which day they would deliver but failed to provide a time of day - or even to send a text when they were close by.”

“Very good value but Having had delivery issues with another supplier, I spoke with Ins4less on phone before order then I noted need for small lorry on order then I sent email with precise instructions to avoid low bridges then I followed up with call an was assured instructions had been passed to depot. Delivery rang in the morning: no delivery instructions had been given to them and it was on v.big lorry! Luckily I was able to send info them direct and all was delivered OK. YOU GUYS NEED TO COMMUNICATE!”

We have looked into this and can see that all the information provided by you in regards to delivery was sent to the depot, in writing, by our Customer Service team, we have asked the depot to look into why this was not relayed correctly to the transport team. “The jolly delivery man went above and beyond to be of assistance and could have not have been helpful unless he fit the insulation himself. The receptionists were also extremely efficient, answering quickly and dealing with any queries promptly. A star was lost because an email l sent was not answered which is a shame because otherwise the transaction was flawless. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future.”

“Really happy with the insulation, happy with the price, disappointed with delivery/customer service. Ordered on 14th December, told I'd receive it 3rd January, waited around all day, no delivery. When I checked about the delivery, was told due to stock issues delivery would be on the 5th. Customer service didn't even attempt to check if delivery team could do an AM delivery on the 5th to meet my availability. Finally received delivery AM on the 8th. Not at all impressed with the customer service.”

“The product arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. However it appeared that my email message regarding the fact that I have a zebra crossing outside my house with no off street parking had not been forwarded to him. As a result I had to wheel the packs of insulation from a side street to my front door.”
