Really happy with the insulation, happy with the price, disappointed with delivery/customer service. Ordered on 14th December, told I'd receive it 3rd January, waited around all day, no delivery. When I checked about the delivery, was told due to stock issues delivery would be on the 5th. Customer service didn't even attempt to check if delivery team could do an AM delivery on the 5th to meet my availability. Finally received delivery AM on the 8th. Not at all impressed with the customer service.
