“Overall I have been impressed with the service. The prices were the lowest we could find and the service was good. There was some confusion on delivery and it came a day early and no one was available to accept delivery. We were not notified of this change, luckily we were able to organise re-delivery on the same date. Thank you”

“Order went through smoothly. All arrived as requested; though I did ask twice to be rung before arrival as I was working round the corner and needed 5 mins warning - and just happened by chance to be there when it arrived - nobody had rung me.”

“A most helpful after service person at Insulation4less, who arranged a replacement board for the damaged board received. However the company which Insulation4less had bought and had the order delivered through (Encon) was very poor and their after service was very defensive, and negative. When the replacement board was finally delivered, after Insullation4less -Nicola's intervention, the Celotex board was also delivered damaged with pressed in foot prints all over it which as it was being fitted in a visible position was a big shame, however due to the timing I had to use the board with a view to change after Christmas. I would use Insullation4less again but I will definitely avoid Encon at all costs.”

“Ordering process simple however communication could be better on the delivery side ... Told I was first drop at 9.30 and by 12 it had still not turned up . .. I had requested a pm delivery! When it did show up the driver was very helpful and efficient.”

“The staff I dealt with at Insulation4less were all great, professional and helpful. the price was good. the delivery driver was great. the delivery depot's issues over whether they could get to my address and when was frustrating and marred the whole ordering experience somewhat. the insulation boards also arrived with some damage to them, though again customer services were excellent in their handling of this.”

“Ordered Saturday and had it Monday did receive 75mm ecotherm not 75mm celotex so different brand to ordered but is was for an out building and needed it fitted straight away so keep product”

“Friendly helpful staff. Kept well appraised about delivery. The only negative was that my detailed instructions for where the driver should go so as to easily drop the load did not get to him. Apparently this happens all the time, he ended up having to call me. I am writing this in the hope that in future this information will get to the drivers to make their deliveries easier.”
