Friendly helpful staff. Kept well appraised about delivery. The only negative was that my detailed instructions for where the driver should go so as to easily drop the load did not get to him. Apparently this happens all the time, he ended up having to call me. I am writing this in the hope that in future this information will get to the drivers to make their deliveries easier.
