“I’m not usually one to write reviews but In Memory of Life dealt with my late father’s funeral with such dignity that I had to give credit where it’s due. I really liked the full transparency of the itemised quote, the communication throughout (I liked the comms and notifications via WhatsApp). On the day the team did everything expected of them, including the quality printing of the service handouts. I can’t thank every one enough, but special mention to Emma who was so helpful, sympathetic and patient, even when discussing things that In Memory of Life were not responsible for. Thank you”

“I was completely devastated and felt helpless in planning my mother's funeral. I looked on line and came across 'In Memory Of Life. I later telephoned and spoke with the funeral director who guided me through the whole process. I did not have the hassle of physically going there but there were able to provide an amazing service all detailed on their web portal. I commend Megan who was so sympathetic and patient in completing all tasks I requested. I therefore would recommend this Funeral Service without any reservations.”

“My family and I cannot thank the In Memory of Life team (especially Megan and Matthew) enough for the loving care they showed each and everyone of us, planning and executing my dad's funeral arrangements. From the very minute we engaged their services, they held our hands every step of the way, checking our needs, advising us about the options available, checking in and clarifying that they got things right for us. We are very immensely grateful for their professionalism and loving care they provided to ensure dad's funeral was a massive success. We are sooooo happy we employed their services! “Our Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Mercy passed away in July 2022. I would like to thank father Brett Ward of Holy Trinity Church as well as, Mr Matthew and Mr Dean at the Chapel of a rest home for assisting us with a peaceful, conducted service at a very difficult time in our life. All aspects of the arrangements was handled with care and in a professional manner at all times and the selection of the grave sight was located in a beautiful location. All staff were lovely, supportive, and showed compassion and was helpful at every stage. Also, an online stream of the service was also provided which was very helpful. I would highly recommend. “Harriet and the team have been more than helpful, kind and made the whole process much smoother than I anticipated. They were happy to answer any questions, and there were a number of them, some repeated. However I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it and were promptly responded to. They have been patient and supportive throughout. I enquired many other funeral services but naturally gravitated to choose In Memory of Life for their professionalism and thoroughness yet the whole experience has been personal, thoughtful and caring.”

“The empathy and consideration shown to us as the bereaved family was outstanding. This can also be said of the personalised customer focus shown to us. The support from Matthew and his team including Megan and Emma was excellent and very much appreciated. The viewing venue was so warm and welcoming at the chapel of rest and the room for the viewing was beautifully decorated. Overall, all our requests and needs were so sensitively accommodated also by Alex and Dean. Everything went to plan. Many thanks, Marina and Vijay”

“Couldn't fault the service this organisation provided our family, polite considerate and transparent on costs and very helpful, Their wats app connection was brilliant and so helpful in making our arrangements. “I cannot recommend In Memory of Life Funeral Directors highly enough - a responsive and efficient online service and portal coupled with a friendly and very personal contact - in this case Harriet. All my queries were answered immediately and everything I asked for was accommodated with no question. Personal calls were appreciated so that I could raise any queries very easily. They made a difficult time much easier to navigate from start to finish.”

“Excellent prompt service but I found it a little bit difficult to understand the crematorium rules and how the event would be organized. For example, I didn´t know that flowers were not permitted inside the chapel otherwise I wouldn´t buy the extra flowers I bought. But in general, I would recommend others In Memory Of”
