Harriet and the team have been more than helpful, kind and made the whole process much smoother than I anticipated. They were happy to answer any questions, and there were a number of them, some repeated. However I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it and were promptly responded to. They have been patient and supportive throughout. I enquired many other funeral services but naturally gravitated to choose In Memory of Life for their professionalism and thoroughness yet the whole experience has been personal, thoughtful and caring.
