“Shelley was providing updates all the way through the sales process, however due to the vendor not signing the contract in time, the purchase was not completed until a week later than expected. The service I received from Shelly was excellent.”

“We had never previously purchased a property through an online agent, so we were slightly apprehensive at first about the process. However, from the beginning when we began contact with iamsold, our minds were put at rest due to their clear customer-focused approach and the depth of the information they provided and ease of contact they made available to us. We were provided with a personal contact who was very knowledgeable and always on hand to deal with our (numerous) queries and provide detailed information promptly. At all stages of the process we were sent 'milestones' which kept us fully up to date on all and any developments. The property was finally secured for us via a live auction, and although this initially caused us added anxiety, iamsold not only guided us through the process giving us peace of mind, but managed to get us the property at less than our bid price. In summary, I would happily recommend doing business with this company as from my own personal experience they are thoroughly professional and customer orientated - a very pleasant rarity these days.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide iam-sold with your feedback. Whilst the vendor and purchaser do agree to exchange within 28 days of the Draft Contract being received, there can be times during conveyancing where matters arise that may prevent this deadline from being achieved. From reviewing the file I can see the reason for the delay was unexpected and that your Sales Progressor used every possible endeavour to assist you, however we do appreciate the frustration this will have caused and apologise for the delay you experienced. “If you are in a hurry to sell a property that is not selling via local estate agents, this is probably the best option. I didn't get the price I had hoped for, but at least the sale was swift and within the stipulated time. Contact from iam-sold was good and they kept me up to date with proceedings, but I did feel a little pressurised, though this may have been because they understand the market better that I and knew that selling for less than the reserve price was in my best interest.”

“All went very smoothly & good communication throughout process. Our only criticism would be the fees - we felt these should be staggered and not £6000 across all properties. Our purchase property was under £50,000 but then we had to pay the fees on top making the % very high (not so bad if we were purchasing a £500,000 property). If we are to purchase another property, we would seriously have to consider whether or not adding the fee on top makes it cost-effective or not...”
