This method of selling houses should have been in place years ago. My partner and I, have lost count of tedious timewasters trolling through our home, putting in empty offers that evidently they could not afford. So what we initially thought to be a bit of a unusual route to take, we decided to use the modern auction way. Turns out to be one of the best decisions we have made. We would like to thank the auction team, especially Sarah and Carl and would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

The support I received from Michelle was fantastic during the purchasing process, I cannot thank her enough for chasing the dreaded solicitors. However as the property was bought at auction it should have been ready to progress immediately ie the seller should have had all documentation prepared, the sellers solicitors should have been prepared to issue the draft contracts immediately. Over 11 weeks were wasted due to time delays outside of mine and Iamsolds control. Surely some form of checklist is gone through to ensure that as soon as I have paid my deposit the process is started. The only reason a five star was not given (Michelle deserved 5) was the time it took to kick start the process. regards Paul

The staff were excellent and provided a very good service. They were helpful in dealing with the transaction and helped to sort out the one or two problems which arose in the transaction. On a wider point I am not sure if this business model fully works as currently operated but I think there may be some good ideas within this model and with some adjustment could gain wider appeal.

Should have been completed in four weeks was more like 3 months, I would have thought you would check out the seller of a pdoperty before put there house up for auction .We the purchaser have had no refund for waiting, or a letter of apology. Very dissapointed .

Thank you for taking the time to provide iam-sold with your feedback. From reviewing this file I can see that an unexpected issue arose during the progression which prevented the exchange deadlines that yourself and the vendor agreed to, from being achieved. Unfortunately with any transaction matters can arise that are beyond our control as an auction service provider, however, I can see that your Sales Progressor used every endeavour to assist you fully and kept you updated throughout. I also note that you were given the option to withdraw from the transaction with a full refund of your non-refundable reservation fee, however you confirmed you wished to proceed. The company was with me all the way from sale to completion , which helped to keep the stress down to a bare minimum

I was extremely happy with the service I received. I was kept up to date with every detail through the email updates and there was always someone on the end of the phone to ask for advice. I would definitely recommend iam-sold.

The service from the auction department was fantastic. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable; I had every confidence in them looking after the sale from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with Lauren who negotiated the sale and Michelle who helped me through until the sale completed. I would definitely recommend the auction service to anyone, it was quick, secure and very efficient. Thank you for all your help!

I cannot speak more highly of this company, from the first phone call from Debbie ( auction department) right the way through to Alison in sales, the customer service was second to none. They are a fantastic team, driven and dedicated yet sensitive to the needs of the seller and the buyer. I was more than impressed. My house was sold and I was kept in the loop from start to finish, I can't recommend this company more highly! I will recommend their services to everyone I know and I wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future! Gold star service, first rate company!

Would have preferred more regular feedback from the conveyancing team. Also as my conveyancer was part time I spent a great deal of time chasing her colleagues who were not always up to speed.

I was pleased with the way I was kept informed of what was happening with the sale of my late mother's property. I didn't have to chase anyone to get information about what was happening and I particularly liked the emails I received when milestones had been reached. I was disappointed with the low value the property achieved at auction - but that's just the risk you take I suppose.

Excellent service. What could have been a stressful experience was, instead, an easy and delightful experience. The whole team handled literally everything and kept me updated at each stage. Michelle Mutch called me at least once per week and made sure the process never lagged and everything went through perfectly. Much appreciation to everyone at Iam-sold. I can recommend them highly.

Michelle kept in touch throughout the process and liased with the solicitor on my behalf. She always got back to me with an update when promised and communicated well throughout by phone and email.

Having completed my main review, with thanks for your services, going forward, a few points to tweek if you feel the need. The 28 plus 28 day sales tool, can manipulate expectations, as the public might think, the "Legal's" start on immediate completion of Auction. Your "partners" Medway Law, were poor at client communication. Despite the case being allocated specific individuals to process. At one point, the Practice Manager, intervened, to steer the case into the final straight. A simple weekly email or text update would alleviate, and these simple tactics are used by other Conveyance companies. It was unclear as to who my contact was, and I reverted at a point to I Am Sold staff for clarification. This broken process, added pressure to all concerned, and recourses of time and energy. Further, I couldn't inform other parties, of my progress, including my own purchase of a property, in duality. However, the staff at Medway were committed, but just needed to focus on client interaction, in a proactive way.
