The staff were excellent and provided a very good service. They were helpful in dealing with the transaction and helped to sort out the one or two problems which arose in the transaction.
On a wider point I am not sure if this business model fully works as currently operated but I think there may be some good ideas within this model and with some adjustment could gain wider appeal.
