“Pretty bad service to be honest. Have ordered from the website twice and both times deliveries have been massively delayed with very little updates. Both times the items I ordered were ‘in stock’ on the website as well but suddenly out of stock once the order goes through. Feel you need to be a bit more transparent with your customers. Thought I would give them a second chance on this order but had to wait around 7 weeks for the delivery in the end. Pretty frustrating and won’t likely order again.”

“Waited over 3 weeks for delivery of my item. Was informed shortly after ordering that the item had been delayed and would take 7-10 business days to be shipped, however upon chasing 2 weeks later they still said it was delayed and offered to cancel my order. Suspected it was down to the cheap price I paid for the item that they were hoping I would cancel, however also stated it wasn’t in stock - if so, I would heavily advise to not sell products that aren’t actually in stock. Seems lots of others have had similar issues on Trustpilot also, so may need to re-evaluate methods. Product has since arrived and happy, however a terrible service from start point to delivery”

“Ordered product on the 14 dec. 17th dec told there was a delay with the order, to expect it within 7-10 days. Didn’t choose the refund option as I was told it was possible it would show up before Christmas day. I didn’t. It didn’t show up after Christmas either. Or the new year. Or after the new year. After making contact my order was cancelled on the 5th January (clearly the product wasn’t in transit or being sent) Fast forward to 19th Jan receipt of said refund either :-/ I’m sure this is not the case for everyone and this company are very good at what they do. But not this time. When a company makes mistakes it’s how they fix them that makes them stand out from the rest. Not my experience unfortunately”

“Ordered a T shirt and it arrived in good time..Next I ordered another t shirt and tracksuit, t shirt arrived...now I have been waiting for 9 days for the tracksuit, although it said 3 days. The status of my order is confirmed with a 7 to 10 day wait,.not good enough. I spent 115 pounds on 3 items (which is a huge amount of money for me) and expect better customer service. Great website, easy to use, good range of carharrt clothing, the January sale is amazing and further discount codes available. That's the positives... Really want to like this site but 2nd time round using it has been poor experience...would use again just be more realistic you could.be waiting for your items for 2 weeks....”

“Not brilliant overall. Ordered 4 items 20th November - 1 arrived as per delivery times, then messaged the other 3 were waiting for re-stock. Numerous emails (long gaps from HUH for response) finally gave up and had to chase refund which eventually came January. Disappointing as purchased for Christmas presents and thought I was in plenty of time.”

“Products took ages to arrive. Some up to 7 months after ordering despite seller claiming will arrive “next week”. Others just received refund after chasing. However I feel like if I left it and did not chase the seller nothing would have arrived and I wouldn’t have received a partial refund. In my opinion you shouldn’t be able to order products that are out of stock or should be told before ordering they will not arrive and provide an actual delivery date. Overall a very frustrating process ordering clothes and required many emails and constant chasing to actually receive order/ refunds. Wouldn’t bother again.”

“Placed order (paid) on 2nd Dec, where no suggestion made about stock levels. On 4th Dec received an email from HUH to say due re-stock levels there would be a 7-10 day delivery delay. No further word, so emailed on 18th to see when they'd be delivering - frustrating as no tracking information. 19th email from HUH to say due to re-stock delay they don't yet have a delivery date !! Given this for Xmas, and still need to buy a gift, asked how long refund would take - now to wait for a response. Just so frustratingly clunky and definitely not user friendly. Why take order / payment for a £70 sweatshirt if you have no stock. So angry”

“Ordered a pair of trousers that I found out after we’re out of stock. Eventually emailed and to be honest found the person replying pretty abrupt, essentially saying yeah it’s out of stock and I ll be back in a few weeks hopefully. Eventually the item turned up around a month later, not sure id shop here again if im honest.”

“I placed an order for an item costing £120 - I was really happy to get a 20% discount codde as a new customer as the jacket should have beeen £150, so that was GREAT. However, the expected date of delivery was 3 - 7 days later but I had not received the jacket after 10 days, neither had I had a despatch notice. This was a really dissappointing turn around time. I contacted HUH, I received an apology and reassurance that the order would be posted that day. It was and I received it the next day.”

“The branded product was as expected and arrived as expected- however the return process is strange , it just says to send back without normal email booking and my return has not been either acknowledged or returned in 3 weeks so i don’t have correspondence to follow up.”

“The range and quality of items are fantastic. Sadly, the customer support and communication is in serious need of improvement. I waited almost three months for my items to arrive and didn't receive any updates except for when I chased up my order. Thankfully it's an easy fix, so I hope Huh gets it sorted asap. 2 stars reflects my overall experience, but it could so easily have been 4 or 5.”
