Ordered product on the 14 dec. 17th dec told there was a delay with the order, to expect it within 7-10 days. Didn’t choose the refund option as I was told it was possible it would show up before Christmas day. I didn’t. It didn’t show up after Christmas either. Or the new year. Or after the new year. After making contact my order was cancelled on the 5th January (clearly the product wasn’t in transit or being sent) Fast forward to 19th Jan receipt of said refund either :-/ I’m sure this is not the case for everyone and this company are very good at what they do. But not this time. When a company makes mistakes it’s how they fix them that makes them stand out from the rest. Not my experience unfortunately
