I ordered a carhart sweatshirt on the 4/12/24 told there was a delay on the 6/12/24 I emailed asking if it would be here in time for Christmas on the 19/12/24 told they couldn’t give me a delivery date so I asked for a refund on the 28/12/24 o was told I would get a refund between 3-10 business days it is now the 9/1/25 and I am still waiting for my refund. I beginning to agree with the other reviews in that I have been scammed.

Appalling service and utter refusal to respond coherently to my emails. I bought a bag and paid extra for express postage in order to receive it by Christmas, but then got an email saying it was delayed and HUH would refund the express postage payment and I should email them if I wanted to cancel the order. So I emailed to say I wanted to cancel the order and I just got an automatic reply directing me to the FAQs. I have still not had a proper response, and I am £77.95 out of pocket. Disgraceful service and I would recommend everyone to avoid dealing with this terrible store.

Terrible, item ordered weeks ago and still not been dispatched. Seems like they do this all the time reading other reviews. So far seems like a scam

I ordered a bag. The bag did not come and I received an email stating that it would be delayed. However the delay went on longer than advised. I therefore contacted Huh. They took a very long time to respond but when they did they said that I could cancel my order so I cancelled and I ordered elsewhere. About six weeks after I placed my order it arrived! Despite my cancelling it. I contacted huh again who again took a very long time to respond and told me to return the bag that I had cancelled. I did this and requested a refund for the postage as I had cancelled the order. To date I am still waiting for a response. So extremely poor slow customer service, product not received then received when cancelled, currently still awaiting a refund. Cannot recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I wouldn’t even give 1 star, but had to, to write my review. I ordered a bag on 24/11-cancelled the order after paying for quick delivery & repeatedly being told the product was delayed. Despite numerous messages, we still don’t have a refund & have opened a case with our credit card.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12th December- I was then told a couple of days later that it would be delayed by 7-10 working days. I contacted to find out what the delay was- not to be given any reason and to be told there was potential it will arrive on time for Christmas- although not guaranteed. I did request for my shipping to be refunded, which it was- without issue. It is now 30th December and still nothing has arrived. I haven’t even had any updates- which I think is really poor customer service. I have sent 2 further enquiries, to get an idea of when I can expect the item but I still have not heard a thing. I don’t really mind the delay but the lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the store sells really lovely things. However, once I eventually receive the item- I will not be shopping again.

Ordered a Carhartt fleece for my husband on 29th November, kept getting robbed off with emails explaining there’s been an issue with delivery of the product. This has not only ruined Christmas but also left my husband without a gift. 28th December and still no product. Apparently the warehouse isn’t open until 6th January so they give an update on the status of the delivery/product whereabouts. I have now requested for a full refund to be processed immediately. I will definitely not be using HUH store in the immediate future.

Ordered and paid for item on 8th December, received an email 3 days later saying the dispatch is delayed by 7-10 days, emailed them to check on progress and got a woolly response, received another email a few days later offering a refund but it "might" still be delivered, didn't arrive before Christmas (it was a gift for my son). I then asked for a refund which they confirmed. When I looked online to re-purchase the item it was still available on HUH's website and was even discounted further! Have now purchased from a reputable retailer. I would have liked to leave no stars but there isn't the option. Hopefully others will see these reviews before ordering from this company - I wish I had

Ordered one the 1st December and a few days later had an email saying it would be delayed by up to 10 days. Still haven’t had my order or any updates even though I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram. Hopefully will get a refund.

Ordered and paid for item on 10th December. Received email to say it was delayed and would be the standard 7-10 day delay. Despite emailing 3 times for update no response and still no item. I have requested to cancel the order but still no response! Don’t buy from this company.

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. Unbelievable.... I can see you've wrecked a few peoples chances of providing their family and friends with a gift this Christmas. It's Christmas Eve, and instead of wrapping the gift I ordered for my wife (which I thought would arrive on time), I'm left figuring out which items from the petrol station round the corner she might like. Fingers crossed that she'll happily accept a Twix and a head torch over the Carhartt clothing I ordered at the beginning of December. Either way, your commitment to being a holiday buzzkill is truly unmatched. So thanks for that. While I’d love to spend Christmas explaining to loved ones why they’re receiving absolutely nowt, I’d prefer a resolution instead. Could you confirm whether my gift is in transit, in a warehouse, or lost in the ether of late refunds and bad customer service? Please respond quickly—ideally faster than your shipping. You've been absolutely useless!

Still waiting for an item which I ordered on 30th November (it is now Christmas Eve). What is even more worrying is that the item is still for sale when it cannot be fulfilled. Unbeknown to me my son also tried to purchase the same item a few weeks later, and after taking his money (including paying for next day delivery) he received an email a few days later to explain there would be a delay. If you already know you cannot fulfill older orders you should NOT be taking money for new ones. Offering refunds is not enough when you are making false promises. The first and last time I will use this company.

As many are sharing the same reviews unfortunately I am experiencing the same appalling customer service. No communication regarding order placed 5/11/24 despite attempts to contact and request refund as of no use now for a Christmas gift -raising dispute with credit card is the next option!!!

Ordered on Nov 29th and like everyone else was informed of the 7-10 day delay but it has now been 15 working days with no updates on the status of my order at all. The customer service rep Jack has let me know that they apparently know as much as I do despite working within the business and the next update on my order for both of us will be the dispatch email (but of course there is no way for them to estimate when that might be). They’ve offered refunds twice but other reviews have me hesitant to take them up on it as it seems as though they don’t rush to get peoples money back. Really disappointing service.

So far I am not satisfied with this company. My order was not delivered and proof of delivery map (no photo) is not for my area of the uk. Huh have not responded to two emails advising them I have not received and that the proof of delivery they have is not to my location. As with most items ordered in December these are gifts and i need replacement sent or a refund. Communication is needed.

I had an email stating that my order was delayed but would arrive 7-10 working days. It has gone over the deadline and now Huh will not respond to my emails. This is a christmas present so I would like some reassurance that it is on its way or a refund so I can shop elsewhere before it's too late. Very annoying and seems to be a pattern with Huh!!

I understand it’s a busy time of year but if you can’t offer a service then you shouldn’t advertise you can. I placed on order on the 15th and paid for next day delivery. I have not received my item nor has it even been shipped yet. I have had no email communication from HUH.Store to say item has been dispatched or there has been a delay. I can see on the site now that the item I have ordered is now out of stock. I would just appreciate some form of communication so I can either cancel the order and get a refund or that my order has been shipped. I have emailed to ask for an update but have yet to receive a reply. Unfortunately reading other reviews, I can see that this seems to be a regular occurrence. If you need your item quickly, I wouldn’t advise using this company. HUH.Store - please contact me regarding my order…
